背景

口腔健康促进举措必须以证据为基础，并与更广泛的健康信息相一致。《澳大利亚公众口腔健康信息》于 2009 年首次发布，旨在为澳大利亚口腔健康促进提供有针对性的战略性方法。由于澳大利亚民众的证据基础和需求发生了变化，本共识声明于 2022-2023 年进行了更新。

方法

更新消息的过程由三个阶段组成（准备阶段、德尔菲技术、最终修订阶段）。准备阶段包括公众和专家咨询、对已发表的科学文献进行总体审查以及对现有建议、政策和指南的审查。本研究中使用的 Delphi 技术以《实施和报告 DElphi 研究指南》(CREDES) 为指导，包括 2 轮投票。第一轮有 70 名专家，第二轮有 60 名专家。德尔福参与者由来自各个领域的专家组成，以确保多样性和包容性、平衡专业知识并最大限度地提高利益相关者的代表性。共识被定义为 75% 的同意。

结果

2022 年更新的澳大利亚口腔健康信息中总共包含 11 条信息。

结论

更新的口腔健康信息将支持个人和人口层面的口腔健康促进政策和活动，以改善澳大利亚人的口腔健康。
