十二条指南符合纳入标准。最高质量指南由美国麻醉医师协会 (ASA) 编写，平均质量得分为 83.1%。日本麻醉医师协会 (JSA) 和中国紧急气道管理协作组 (CCGEAM) 编写的 CPG 中存在低质量内容。总体而言，在描述利益相关者的参与、发展严谨性和编辑独立性的领域中，缺陷最为明显。这些结果在独立评审员小组中是一致的，参考领域的 ICC 评审员间可靠性得分高达 58.0% 至 70.0%。

结论

通过对指南的全面评估，本报告可为寻求了解和提高困难气道管理资源开发质量的临床医生提供参考。根据指南制定过程质量的 AGREE II 标准，2022 年 ASA 指南优于其前身。
