马尾综合征，不容忽视的半麻并发症

马尾综合征是脊髓圆锥水平以下神经根受损的临床综合征，因 “半麻” 常在此部位穿刺而需关注。其损伤由局麻药毒性、压迫、操作因素导致，难以完全避免，需从多方面防控，呼吁医患共同努力。

马尾综合征，这个并发症对于绝大多数人都是陌生的，甚至对于某些专科医护人员也是如此。因此，我们有必要让大家了解一下该并发症，以期大家共同努力降低并发症。

强直性脊柱炎少见表现之——马尾综合征

强直性脊柱炎（AS）是一种可累及中轴和外周关节、眼、皮肤粘膜甚至内脏的慢性进展性炎症性风湿病，该病好发于青壮年，发病率及致残率均较高。夜间或晨起腰背痛是其较为特征性的临床表现，其次是外周关节的肿痛，且多为单侧大关节，下肢多于上肢。除了常见的关节表现外，其他一些少见的表现我们也不能忽视，如果不及时处理，后果往往是惨痛的。
