腺样体肥大是儿童的常见病，也是儿童和青少年上气道阻塞的最常见原因。因腺样体特殊的解剖位置，腺样体肥大常导致慢性鼻-鼻窦炎、分泌性中耳炎、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停等多种合并症，给患儿带来诸多症状，并会影响儿童的生长发育和颌面发育。腺样体肥大受到耳鼻喉科医生和家长的广泛关注，然而国内尚缺乏针对儿童腺样体肥大规范性诊治的专家共识。鉴于此，中国医师协会儿科医师分会儿童耳鼻咽喉专业委员会组织国内相关专家，结合国内外文献及专家临床经验，撰写该共识，以期指导儿童腺样体肥大的规范诊疗。
