西班牙一项研究表明，心脏磁共振（CMR）可对肺动脉高压（PH）患者的肺血管阻力（PVR）急性和慢性变化实施无创监测。论文8月在线发表于《美国心脏病学会杂志》（J Am Coll Cardiol）。

此项研究利用实验用猪评估了CMR监测PVR急性和远期变化的能力。通过急性肺栓塞使PVR出现急剧升高，并通过慢性PH模型系列评估PVR变化。利用飘浮导管同时实施血液动力学评估。通过相衬成像对肺动脉主干平均流速进行定量。

结果显示，肺动脉流速变化与肺栓塞诱导的PVR急性变化（r=-0.92）、慢性PH中系列PVR波动（r=-0.89）以及血管舒张试验中PVR急性降低（r=-0.89）均呈显著负相关（P≤0.01）。CMR评估PVR与有创PVR具有充分一致性，并且两种指数变化显著相关（r=0.86，P<0.01）。
