男性，41岁，急性胃肠炎合并严重低钠血症，补钠后出现运动障碍。诊断为渗透性脑病，桥脑中央髓鞘溶解症。

下图A，住院7天轴位T2加权显示桥脑水平“三叉戟征”（桥脑中央髓鞘溶解症）；图B，豆状核、尾状核和丘脑对称性高信号（桥外髓鞘溶解症）：



下图C，6个月复查磁共振T2加权显示桥脑“三叉戟征”；图D，基底节和丘脑病灶消失：
