牙髓钙化是由于钙化组织沿着根管壁沉积而来,结果导致根管空间被部分或全部擦去。目前,有报道显示,“引导性牙髓治疗”可作为牙髓部分或全部钙化的一种解决方案。虽然这种技术可以最低限度的扩展钙化根管入路,但有研究显示,在进入前牙过程中切表面会被过多的去除。
