Thyroid:尿碘浓度与代谢紊乱患病率之间的u型关联

成人UICs与代谢紊乱及其相关组分呈u型关联。UIC和代谢紊乱之间的关联在碘缺乏(<100µg/L)或过量(>500µg/L)的情况下消失。

碘在甲状腺功能和人体新陈代谢中都很重要。已有研究探究了碘通过甲状腺功能对代谢紊乱的影响。近日,甲状腺疾病领域权威杂志Thyroid上发表了一篇研究文章,该研究旨在探讨碘状态与代谢紊乱,如代谢综合征、高血压、糖代谢受损、中央型肥胖和血脂异常等之间的关系。

该研究纳入了年龄≥18岁的TIDE(甲状腺疾病、碘状态和糖尿病国家流行病学横断面研究)项目的51795名受试者。研究人员采用卡方法根据尿碘浓度(UIC)水平计算了代谢紊乱及其相关疾病的患病率。研究人员采用二次和UIC分层的logistic回归模型进一步探讨患病率是否与UIC相关。

UIC与代谢障碍患病率呈u型关系,UIC在300-499µg/L范围时,患病率低至76.0%。参与者UIC为300-499µg/L与代谢紊乱(OR=0.857,95%可信区间(0.796-0.922)]和高血压(OR=0.873,95%可信区间(0.814-0.936)有关。UIC为300-799µg/L与对代谢综合征和空腹血糖受损(IFG)相关。UIC为500-799µg/L与糖尿病前期发生有关(OR=0.883,95%可信区间(0.797-0.978)。UIC≥300µg/L与高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症、高水平低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)相关。此外,UIC<100µg/L与高血压(OR=1.097,95%可信区间(1.035-1.162)]和高胆固醇血症(OR=1.178,95%可信区间(1.117-1.242)相关。

由此可见,成人UICs与代谢紊乱及其相关组分呈u型关联。UIC和代谢紊乱之间的关联在碘缺乏(<100µg/L)或过量(>500µg/L)的情况下消失。
