心脏康复方案自主神经功能

葡萄牙一项研究表明，在接受最佳药物治疗的心梗后患者中，基于锻炼的心脏康复方案(ECR)未能改善心脏自主神经功能。论文2月19日在线发表于《美国心脏杂志》(Am Heart J)。此项平行组研究共纳入96例年龄为56±10岁的受试者，并在急性心梗4周后随机分入锻炼组和对照组。ECR由每周3次最大心率70～85%的有氧锻炼和常规治疗组成;对照组仅接受常规治疗。基线和最终评估内容包括静息时短期心率变异性

结果显示，两组各有2例患者因脱失而未被纳入意向治疗分析。锻炼组和对照组最终分别纳入47和45例患者;基线时两组患者仅在硝酸盐药物应用方面存在显著差异。8周后，两组患者在传统和非线性HRV指数、习惯性体育活动和膳食摄入变化方面均无显著差异。
