这篇研究的目的是为了评估富含树脂涂料的双固化树脂水门汀用于间接修复时的微张力键合强度(μTBS)。

研究对人磨牙牙本质表面施以直接或间接复合树脂修复,并配合树脂涂料与否。对于树脂涂层材料,使用Clearfil SE Bond 2和Clearfil Protect Liner F, Clearfil Majesty LV, Panavia V5或者实验性光固化涂层材料中的一种。对于双固化树脂水门汀,采用Panavia V5或Panavia F2.0配合Panavia V5 Tooth Primer或ED Primer II共同使用。

结果显示,树脂涂层并不总会增强μTBS。结合Clearfil SE Bond 2和Panavia V5的树脂涂层能够获得最高的μTBS,而Panavia F2.0的粘接作用与Clearfil SE Bond 2的直接复合树脂粘接效果相同。
