背景
目前在慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的病理生理学理解和治疗方面不断取得进展。同时，高同型半胱氨酸血症（HHcy）与CHF患者的左心室功能受损和临床分级有关。阿托伐他汀治疗可以降低晚期CHF患者心源性猝死的发生率。叶酸可以增强血管疾病状态下的内皮功能。本研究旨在探讨阿托伐他汀和叶酸联合对CHF患者HHcy心功能和心室重构的影响。

材料与方法
伴HHcy的老年CHF患者分为四组：常规，常规+阿托伐他汀，常规+叶酸和常规+阿托伐他汀+叶酸组。使用酶循环方法检测血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）的水平，通过ELISA检测N末端脑钠尿肽（NT-proBNP）的水平。评估心功能指标和左心室舒张早期峰值流速/心房收缩峰值流速（E/A）比值。进行六分钟步行测试以测量六分钟步行距离（6MWD）。

结果
6MWD增加，血清Hcy和NT-proBNP水平下降，心功能较治疗前有所改善，这在常规+阿托伐他汀+叶酸组中最为明显，其次是常规+阿托伐他汀组，然后是常规+叶酸组，最后是常规组。

结论
结果表明，阿托伐他汀和叶酸联合应用可改善伴HHcy的老年CHF患者的心功能，抑制心室重构。
