　　澳大利亚学者的一项研究表明，热浪和寒潮期间的极端气温可升高心血管疾病早亡风险。论文在线发表于《循环：心血管质量与结果》（Circ Cardiovasc Qual Outcomes）杂志。

　　暴露于极端气温可诱发血压、血液粘稠度、胆固醇和心率变化。随着肥胖和糖尿病等相关疾病发病率升高，易受极端气温影响的人群亦不断增多，并且可升高未来疾病负担。此项研究采集了澳大利亚布里斯班的每日气温资料，并将其与同时期的心血管相关死亡数据加以比较。

　　结果显示，每100万人群中每日因心血管疾病所致的寿命丧失为72年。当极端炎热持续两天以上时心血管早亡风险升高更为显著；这可能与心血管系统持续应激以及医疗系统过负荷有关。每日在适度环境中度过数小时有助于减少炎热和寒冷相关性疾病和死亡。
