这篇研究的目的是通过银二胺氟化物(SDF)的使用评估粘接剂对牙本质的键合强度变化。

研究检测了3种粘接系统对完整人牙本质的微剪切键合强度(MSBS)，包括：Clearfil SE bond 2 (CSE)， Scotchbond Universal in self-etching (SBU)和phosphoric acid-etching (SBT)模式，随后采用4种不同的SDF应用方案(n=10)。对照组：施以去离子水；P1：SDF应用10 s，未漂洗。P2：SDF应用10 s，1分钟后漂洗。P3：P1后24小时牙本质表面抛光。在37°C水浴中浸泡24小时后获取MSBS数据。

结果显示，基于SDF方案和粘接系统的不同，SDF明显影响牙本质的MSBS。SDF漂洗会显著提高粘接强度，但是在粘接前经SDF处理过的牙本质的表面清爽使粘接强度达到最高。

结论：2步法的自酸蚀粘接(CSE)和通用型的酸蚀粘接一体化模式(SBT)对SDF处理过牙本质的表现要比通用型的只粘接模式(SBU)更好。
