这篇研究的目的是通过micro-CT比较Reciproc和XP-endo Shaper系统对下颌磨牙近中根管的预备，评估牙本质和根管体积变化、未接触牙本质壁百分比、硬组织碎屑累积的量和根尖1/3的根管偏移程度。

研究选取了24颗具有双近中根管及单个根尖孔的解剖配对下颌磨牙，并基于预备系统随机分为2个实验组(n=12)。样本在预备前后通过SkyScan 1176 microtomograph (Bruker-microCT， Kontich， Belgium)进行扫描，分辨率为17.42 μm。数据通过Student's t检验和Mann-Whitney检验进行统计学评估，显著性水平设置为5%。

结果显示，2者间整个根管和根管冠及中1/3的未接触表面积存在显著性差异，并且XP-endo Shaper组的未接触表面积最低(P <0.05)。Reciproc组在整个根管以及根管中及尖1/3累积硬组织碎屑的量更高。2组间牙本质移除的体积或根管体积及表面积的增加无显著性差异(P >0.05)。

结论：在根管系统中，XP-endo Shaper系统比Reciproc系统接触更多根管壁并且产生更少的硬组织碎屑。
