低钙透析液心脏骤停

　　美国一项研究表明，低钙透析液、血清-透析液钙浓度梯度较大与心脏骤停风险增加相关。该论文发表于《美国肾脏病学会临床杂志》[Clin J Am Soc Nephrol 2013，8（5）：797]。 　　该研究纳入血液透析者中510例心脏骤停者及1560例匹配对照者。分析心脏骤停与血清钙、透析液钙、血清-透析液钙浓度梯度、QT间期延长药物的相关性

　　美国一项研究表明，低钙透析液、血清-透析液钙浓度梯度较大与心脏骤停风险增加相关。该论文发表于《美国肾脏病学会临床杂志》[Clin J Am Soc Nephrol 2013，8（5）：797]。

　　该研究纳入血液透析者中510例心脏骤停者及1560例匹配对照者。分析心脏骤停与血清钙、透析液钙、血清-透析液钙浓度梯度、QT间期延长药物的相关性。

　　结果为，低钙透析液组（＜2.5 Eq/L）患者血清-透析液钙浓度梯度较大，透析过程中血压下降幅度较大。校正协变量及基线差异后，低钙透析液（＜2.5 Eq/L）、纠正血清钙浓度较高、血清-透析液钙浓度梯度较大与心脏骤停风险增加相关，比值比（OR）分别为2.00、1.10和1.40。QT间期延长药物与心脏骤停风险增加无显著相关性。
