在这里，我们制备具有不同浓度的生物玻璃纳米粒子的甲基丙烯酸化明胶冷冻凝胶，以研究其骨再生的潜力。在体外测试期间，冷冻凝胶中生物玻璃浓度的增加改善了水凝胶的机械性质，增强了间充质细胞的成骨分化。微CT和组织学研究显示，在小鼠颅骨缺损模型中，与其他测试组相比，结合在GelMA冷冻凝胶中的最高浓度的生物玻璃纳米颗粒（2.5w/w％）诱导最多的骨形成。

总之，该研究结果突出了结合在GelMA冷凝胶中用于骨再生的生物玻璃纳米颗粒的潜力。
