血样溶血影响分析前的质量,并可能导致假高钾血症。在此,本研究建立了一个统计模型来估计校正后的血清钾(K+)

研究人员分析血清K+H指数,从全血检查(FBE)结果中获得血细胞指数。采用溶血(H)指数、K+和共变异的血细胞指数对139血液标本进行线性回归分析。该模型随后在26个体外物理溶血血清样本上进行了验证。

研究结果显示:最终模型选择H指数、血红蛋白浓度(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)作为K+含量的重要预测因子。模型经人工溶血血清样品验证,结果显示溶血净K+增加与预测值之间的相关系数为0.942。预测因子H指数、HCTHB对模型R2的贡献率分别为93.7%3.5%2.8%

研究表明,体外溶血诱导的假高钾血症可由本模型准确预测和修复,并可进行临床应用。
