支架中的氧化铈纳米颗粒迅速促进人骨髓间充质干细胞（hBMSC）的增殖和成骨分化，成骨相关标志物如OCN，ALP和COL-1的表达上调。Ce-BG支架的增强的骨诱导性主要与激活的ERK通路有关，并且通过添加选择性ERK1/2抑制剂（SCH772984）而阻断。体内大鼠颅骨缺损模型显示，与BG支架相比，Ce-BG支架加速胶原沉积，成骨细胞形成和骨再生。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，分层多孔结构和氧化铈纳米颗粒之间的协同效应有助于成骨能力，中空介孔Ce-BG支架将成为骨再生的新平台。
