CXCR4胰腺癌转移

　CXCR4与胰腺癌远处转移具有独立的强相关性，SMAD4阴性表达可能将被用于预测辅助化疗效果。该研究结果由法国学者2月29日在线发表于《肿瘤学年鉴》（Annals of Oncology）。 　　该研究共纳入了471例已接受手术切除治疗的胰腺癌患者，采用组织微阵列法评估了SMAD4、TGF-βⅡ型受体、CXCR4和LKB1的表达，并分析其与患者总生存状况的关联。 　　结果

　CXCR4与胰腺癌远处转移具有独立的强相关性，SMAD4阴性表达可能将被用于预测辅助化疗效果。该研究结果由法国学者2月29日在线发表于《肿瘤学年鉴》（Annals of Oncology）。

　　该研究共纳入了471例已接受手术切除治疗的胰腺癌患者，采用组织微阵列法评估了SMAD4、TGF-βⅡ型受体、CXCR4和LKB1的表达，并分析其与患者总生存状况的关联。

　　结果发现，CXCR4高表达是唯一与不良预后有独立相关性的生物标志物[危险比（HR）=1.74，P＜0.0001]，此外，它还与远处转移显著相关（HR=0.29，P＜0.0001）。在未接受辅助治疗的患者中，SMAD4阴性表达趋于与总生存率降低相关。再者，SMAD4阴性表达与复发类型无关，但对辅助化疗效果具有预测作用。
