Acta Biomater：可注射水凝胶可有效诱导骨和血管的生成

发现所得Cu-BG / CH / SF / GP凝胶显示出明确的可注射性并在生理温度和pH下经历快速凝胶化。它们是高度多孔的并且显示出以持续和受控的方式以各自的安全剂量施用Si，Ca和Cu离子的能力。体外研究表明，凝胶支持种子MC3T3-E1和人脐静脉内皮细胞的生长，并分别有效诱导它们向成骨和血管生成。基于临界尺寸大鼠颅骨缺损模型的体内骨修复表明，不使用任何细胞和/或生长因子的8周时间内，最佳Cu-BG / CH / SF / GP凝胶能够完全恢复骨缺损，并在治疗期间形成新血管化骨组织和矿化胶原沉积。

总之，该研究结果表明，目前开发的Cu-BG / CH / SF / GP复合水凝胶由于其热敏性，无细胞生物活性和成本效益，具有巨大的骨再生潜力和转化能力。
