结果显示，GO通过核因子-κB通路刺激制瘤素M，肿瘤坏死因子α和其他因子的分泌。 GO/RAW264.7条件培养基促进BMSCs的成骨分化，刺激血管相关受体HUVECs的上调，促进其体外管形成。

总之，我们的研究表明，作为一种生物材料，GO可以诱导有益的骨-免疫调节环境的形成，并且是用于骨组织工程的有前途的生物材料。
