F掺杂的TiCP涂层具有微孔结构（平均直径为3-4μm的孔径），其均匀地被30-60nm的纳米晶粒覆盖。通过X射线光电子能谱确定了成功的F掺入TiCP，并且它对TiCP的微观结构，相组成，表面粗糙度和润湿性的影响很小。所有涂层都牢固地粘合到Ti基底上，并且在生物环境中显示出持久的高粘合强度。通过在体外和在由细菌引起的感染兔模型中植入测试材料来评估涂层的细菌抗性和成骨。体外和体内结果均表明，与Ti相比，TiCP和TiCP-F1具有更高的成骨活性但缺乏细菌抗性，而添加高F的TiCP（TiCP-F6和TiCP-F9）可显著改善耐药性和成骨。

总之，TiCP-F6具有最佳的抗菌和成骨活性，尤其在感染的兔模型中表现出优异的骨整合效果。
