J Endod:ProGlider, Hyflex EDM和One G Glide Path器械的扭转阻力比较

研究获取15只ProGlider (16.02?08), 15只Hyflex EDM (10.05)和15只One G (14.03)器械,并使用惯性设计的测试设备检测器械的抗扭强度。数据采用1-way analysis of variance和Tukey post hoc检验进行统计学分析,显著性水平设置为5%。测试样本使用扫描电子显微镜进行观察。

结果显示,Hyflex EDM和ProGlider之间的抗扭转强度值无显著性差异(P > .05)。One G的扭转强度最低(P < .05)。Hyflex EDM在所有器械中的扭转角度值最高(P < .05)。

结论:Hyflex EDM和ProGlider的抗扭转疲劳强度明显高于One G,而Hyflex EDM的扭转角度值最高。扭转阻力的差异可能是与它们不同的设计特点以及生产过程有关。
