JDM患者表现出独特的凋亡相关蛋白谱，而这导致了疾病的发展。

这项研究旨在评价青少年皮肌炎（JDM）中可溶性Fas抗原（sFas）、sFas配体（sFasL）、可溶性肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体、可溶性细胞质Bcl-2蛋白（sBcl-2）血清水平，T、B淋巴细胞和单核细胞中的Fas和Bcl-2表达，及其与红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白（CRP）、儿童肌炎评估量表和人工肌肉测试的关联。

对于JDM或幼年特发性关节炎（JIA）患者和健康对照，使用ELISA确定血清水平，流式细胞仪检测外周细胞表达。

JDM患者的sBcl-2升高，而这与CRP相关。与JIA和/或健康对照比较，CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞中Bcl-2表达升高，而Fas表达降低。

JDM患者表现出独特的凋亡相关蛋白谱，而这导致了疾病的发展。
