结果显示,在第1天,在每个基于硅弹性体的凹形微孔中形成球状体。在第5天和第7天,尤其在阳离子脂质体组中,观察到球状体的明显变化,尤其是在阳离子脂质体组中。我们发现多柔比星使用5天明显降低了细胞活力。更高浓度的阿霉素产生碱性磷酸酶活性的显著降低。茜素红S染色显示每组均匀记录到细胞外钙沉积。与第7天相比,在第14天注意到钙沉积物的增加。具有更高浓度的阿霉素的组的形态显示更加分散。我们注意到负载多柔比星的阳离子脂质体导致所检测的细胞球体的最高摄取,并且载有阿霉素的脂质体影响成骨分化。

综上所述,本研究表明基于不同的目的可选择不同的脂质体类型。
