Biomed Mater：Cu-BGN/PCL复合涂层可提供更加的抗菌抗腐蚀性能

结果，在PCL涂层中可观察到随机分散的Cu-BGN。随着Cu-BGNs浓度的增加，Cu-BGN复合物水接触角略有减小，抗腐蚀性下降。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱证实，在Dulbecco's改进的Eagle培养基中浸泡7天后，Cu-BGN含量较高的PCL涂层表面上形成更多的磷酸钙。Cu-BGN涂层释放的Cu2 +离子可抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的生长。此外，直接和间接的细胞相容性实验表明，与纯镁相比，MG-63细胞在Cu-BGN涂层上的活性和增殖程度明显增加。然而，Cu-BGN浓度的额外增加表现出细胞增殖和细胞活性的轻微降低。

总之，该研究结果表明，Cu-BGN/PCL复合涂层赋予镁基生物材料适合临床应用的抗菌和抗腐蚀性能。
