妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是一种临床常见病，临床过程复杂，对孕妇和胎儿有不良影响。本研究的目的是利用方便的尿液样本结合血糖水平来检测或预测GDM。本研究收集了非孕妇、正常孕妇和GDM患者的尿液样本。

妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是一种临床常见病，临床过程复杂，对孕妇和胎儿有不良影响。本研究的目的是利用方便的尿液样本结合血糖水平来检测或预测GDM。本研究收集了非孕妇、正常孕妇和GDM患者的尿液样本。利用弱阳离子交换磁珠(MB-WCX)富集尿液中的多肽，并采用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱法(MALDI-TOF MS)进行分析。利用Bioexplorer分析软件筛选出46个具有统计学差异(P < 0.01)的多肽峰。GDM组的分子质量荷电比分别为1079.2、1290.6、1500.7。通过液相色谱串联质谱法（LC-MS）分析差异分子，上述分子被鉴定为凝血因子IX，TBC1家族成员5同工型[智人]（TBC1D5a）和免疫球蛋白κ常数。。

多肽的发现为进一步通过尿液标本进行GDM的初筛和辅助诊断提供了研究基础。
