在这里，我们报告了一种可喷雾的原位形成水凝胶，由聚（N-异丙基丙烯酰胺166-丙烯酸正丁酯9）-聚（乙二醇）-聚（N-异丙基丙烯酰胺166-co-n-丙烯酸正丁酯9）共聚物（P（NIPAM166-co-nBA9）-PEG-P（NIPAM166-co-nBA9）表示为PEP）和银纳米颗粒装饰的还原氧化石墨烯纳米片（Ag@rGO，表示为AG）组成，响应于皮肤温度。这种热响应水凝胶在低温下显示出有趣的溶胶-凝胶不可逆性，用于伤口的稳定敷料，这归因于无机/聚合双网络和Ag @ rGO纳米片与PNIPAM之间的丰富的配位相互作用。

该PEP-AG水凝胶伤口敷料对甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）的生物相容性和抗菌能力在体外和体内得到证实，可促进MRSA感染的皮肤缺损的愈合。
