Nanoscale Res Lett：新型nHAC/PLGA/GO支架具有良好的骨再生能力

可生物降解的多孔生物材料支架在骨再生中起关键作用。本研究采用冷冻干燥法制备了含有不同量GO的多孔纳米羟基磷灰石/胶原/聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物/氧化石墨烯复合支架（nHAC/PLGA/GO）。 结果表明，合成的支架具有三维多孔结构。 GO略微提高了支架的亲水性并增强了其机械强度。与对照样品相比，掺入1.5wt% GO的支架杨氏模量大大增加。体外实验表明，nHAC/PLGA/GO（1.5wt%）支架可

总之，本研究表明，nHAC/PLGA/GO支架具有良好的细胞相容性和骨再生能力，因此在骨组织工程领域具有很高的应用潜力。
