FASEB J：压力诱导的间充质干细胞成骨依赖于中间细丝重塑

因此，本研究强调了压力诱导的MSCs成骨的新机械转导机制，涉及未充分研究的细胞骨架结构IF，并证明了一种潜在的新疗法，可以增强骨质疏松症等骨质流失疾病的骨形成。
