本研究利用动物模型行手术制作右侧股骨头缺血模型。在术后48小时(n=2)或4周(n=8)人为处死动物,取出患侧及对侧股骨头并冷冻。利用9.4T MRI对解冻后标本行T1、T2、T1ρ、绝热压缩T1ρ、RAFF和T2* mapping进行成像,参照组织学进行评价。利用配对T检验对次级骨化中心(SOC)、骺软骨、关节软骨、干骺端测量患侧和对侧配对弛豫时间差异。

结果为,在SOC,术后48小时(分别为112%和72%)和4周后(分别为74%和70%)患侧和对侧在T1ρ、RAFF序列上出现最显着的升高。在骺软骨和关节软骨,在两个时间点,患侧和对侧在T2、T1ρ和RAFF序列上增加比例相似。在术后4周,SOC (P = .004, .018, < .001, 和 .001)、骺软骨(P = .009, .008, .011, 和 .007)、关节软骨(P = .005, .016, .033, 和 .018)在T2、T1ρ、绝热压缩T1ρ和RAFF序列上均有升高。组织学评价表明SOC和骺软骨深部出现坏死。

本研究表明, T2、T1ρ、绝热压缩T1ρ、RAFF和T2* mapping对检出发育中股骨头缺血损伤具有很高敏感性。
