Octapharma公司近日在第27届国际血栓形成和止血学会（ISTH）的科学研讨会上介绍了SubQ-8临床开发计划和临床前数据的最新情况。SubQ-8将人细胞系衍生的重组FVIII（simoctocog alfa）与人细胞系中产生的重组VWF片段二聚体相结合，以促进皮下摄入FVIII。

Octapharma公司近日在第27届国际血栓形成和止血学会（ISTH）的科学研讨会上介绍了SubQ-8临床开发计划和临床前数据的最新情况。SubQ-8将人细胞系衍生的重组FVIII（simoctocog alfa）与人细胞系中产生的重组VWF片段二聚体相结合，以促进皮下摄入FVIII。Octapharma董事会成员Olaf Walter说：“Octapharma致力于改善凝血功能障碍患者的生活质量，我们很自豪能够开发出具有这种潜力的产品，以满足A型血友病患者的主要需求”。

A型血友病是由于缺乏第8凝血因子（即FVIII）所引起的，是临床上最常见的血友病，约占血友病人数的80%-85%，在某些血友病高发地区甚至更高。
