唾液肽谱分析具有简单、无侵袭性的优点，对疾病的筛查、监测或原发性诊断具有很大的潜力，但可能受到饮食等干扰而发生变化。

唾液肽谱分析具有简单、无侵袭性的优点，对疾病的筛查、监测或原发性诊断具有很大的潜力，但可能受到饮食等干扰而发生变化。

我们进行了为期5天的研究，调查了3种饮料(橙汁、无糖茶、无糖酸奶；水为对照)的影响。

研究发现，在实验期间，所有组在热图上都有一个相对稳定的模式。各干预组的主成分分析图在基线和干预期之间均有轻微的变化，样本之间没有明显的日期分隔。短期橙汁和茶干预后显著变化的肽数分别为4和3，而酸奶组和对照组无变化。其中4个多肽被鉴定为组他汀-3、胶原蛋白-1(IV)链、锌指蛋白805和喹诺酸合酶A。

研究表明，唾液肽对饮料干预有其自身的稳定性，证实了将其作为潜在的身体健康状态参考的可行性和有效性，并将饮食习惯记录下来，必要时将其作为混杂因素考虑。
