当下，全瓷材料已常规用于牙科对患者的治疗修复中。这篇前瞻性的临床试验的目的是为了评估椅旁制作的二硅酸钠全瓷冠10年的临床表现。研究使用椅旁CAD/CAM技术对34名患者(20名于学院/14名在私人诊所)的41颗后牙进行二硅酸钠全瓷冠修复，使用自粘接树脂水门汀粘固基牙。每名患者的全冠按照改良的US公共卫生署标准随机进行评估。结果显示，在平均10.1年的随访后，共26颗全冠接受了复查。在观察期间，有5例治疗失败，原因分别为：1例在2.9年后牙冠折裂；1例在6年后临接断裂；1例在6.1年后出现严重的牙髓问题；1例在7年后根折；1例在10年后由于龋坏而去冠。并发症为1颗牙冠固位缺失、2处龋坏以及2颗临牙的牙髓活力发生变化。所有发生的问题都与磨牙相关。Kaplan-Meier统计分析结果显示，全冠10年后的存留率为83.5%，未发生并发症的比例为71.0%。结论：结果显示，技术上的缺陷和失败的数量只占全部修复的很小一部分，表明二硅酸钠全瓷冠的临床表现是十分令人满意的。临床意义：椅旁制作的二硅酸钠全瓷冠直接戴入基牙的方法可以用于后牙区域全冠修复的长期使用。原始出处：Rauch A， Reich S
