反应停受害者针对反应停基金会前理事会成员的诉讼胜诉

反应停（沙利度胺）受害者安德列斯-梅耶(Andreas Meyer)（原告）和Contergan Foundation（反应停基金会）前理事会成员卡尔-舒赫特(Karl Schucht)律师（被告）之间的诉讼于2017年5月10日在波恩地区法院(Bonn Regional Court)作出判决。

反应停（沙利度胺）受害者安德列斯-梅耶(Andreas Meyer)（原告）和Contergan Foundation（反应停基金会）前理事会成员卡尔-舒赫特(Karl Schucht)律师（被告）之间的诉讼于2017年5月10日在波恩地区法院(Bonn Regional Court)作出判决。此判决并非最终判决。这个案件主要是调查格兰泰(Grunenthal)与Federal German Contergan Foundation（德国联邦反应停基金会）之间可能合作的问题。

柏林律师事务所Raue Rechtsanwalte LLP的让-赫格曼(Jan Hegemann)教授（博士）将一直都是梅耶的代理律师。
