由国家中医药管理局和国家标准化管理委员会主办、中国中医科学院和上海中医药大学承办的国际标准化组织/中医药技术委员会(ISO/TC249)第九次全体大会于6月4-7日在上海召开。国家中医药管理局副局长马建中、国家标准化管理委员会副主任陈洪俊、上海市人民政府副市长许昆林、ISO/TC 249主席大卫·格雷汉姆(David Graham)等出席大会开幕式并致辞。来自中国、日本、韩国、美国、德国、澳大利亚、泰国、沙特等14个成员体，以及世界卫生组织(WHO)、国际标准化组织/健康信息技术委员会(ISO/TC 215)、世界中医药学会联合会(WFCMS)、世界针灸学会联合会(WFAS)等联络组织的共226位代表出席了此次大会。

马建中在致辞中对ISO/TC249成立九年来取得的成绩给予了高度评价，并针对未来中医药技术委员会的工作提出了三点建议：一是事预则立，建议加强规划设计，以产业需求和民众需要为导向，推动中医药国际标准化工作与事业产业发展紧密结合。二是海纳百川，建议继续开放包容，以中医药国际标准制定为出发点，加强中医药与现代医学及其他传统医学之间的互学互鉴。三是敦本务实，建议强化采标工作，以造福人类健康为根本追求，促进中医药国际标准化成果的广泛应用与采纳。

ISO/TC 249成立于2009年，至今已成功举办了八次全体成员大会。参会代表和标准提案数量逐年俱增，中医药国际标准化工作越来越受到各方关注。至今，已正式发布了28项中医药国际标准，正在制定的国际标准46项，实现了ISO领域中医药国际标准的重大突破。本次大会共收到来自中国、韩国以及世界中医药学会联合会等国家和组织共33项新提案。中医药国际标准化对加强中医药质量安全控制、促进世界传统医学发展、促进国际贸易以及增进人类健康将产生深远的影响。

出席大会开幕式的还有国家中医药管理局国际合作司、中国中医科学院、上海市质量技术监督局、上海市卫生和计划生育委员会、上海市中医药发展办公室、上海中医药大学等有关部门及机构的负责人。
