拉克酰胺肝毒性

简介：拉克酰胺是一种新型的抗癫痫药物，作用主要是通过选择性增强电压依赖性钠离子通道的缓慢失活。据报道，拉克酰胺对部分癫痫患者的辅助治疗是有效的和可耐受的。很少有报道关于拉克酰胺引起的肝损伤。我们举一例耐药性癫痫患者服用拉克酰胺后发展为肝毒性的症状。结果: 22岁有2年颞叶癫痫历史的女性收纳至我们医院，因为恶心，头晕和检测到的肝功能异常。在当前的陈述病情下使用拉克酰胺用于进一步发作控制9天

结果: 22岁有2年颞叶癫痫历史的女性收纳至我们医院，因为恶心，头晕和检测到的肝功能异常。在当前的陈述病情下使用拉克酰胺用于进一步发作控制9天。她的肝脏酶明显增加：天冬氨酸转氨酶，635 U / L；丙氨酸转氨酶，697 U / L。拉克酰胺立马停止，而其他药物(唑尼沙胺、氧异安定和噻奈普汀)没有停药。几天之内肝酶水平明显改善，基于显而易见的时间关系拉克酰胺-诱导的肝炎得以确诊。

结论: 这个病例报告表明，肝毒性的发展与拉克酰胺的疗法有关。肝功能测试应该促使患者在拉克酰胺初始治疗后注意症状暗示的不良反应。需要进一步的研究来确定拉克酰胺诱导肝毒性的诱发因素。
