OncoImmune制药公司近日宣布，其新一代抗CTLA-4抗体ONC-392的研究性新药申请（IND）已获得美国FDA批准。IND的批准使OncoImmune可以开始关于ONC-392的IA / IB期临床试验，该试验旨在评估ONC-392作为单一药物或与抗PD-1抗体联合使用治疗晚期实体瘤的安全性、药代动力学和有效性，该试验预计将于2020年初开始。

CTLA-4（细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关蛋白4）是一种蛋白受体，其作为免疫检查点起作用并下调免疫应答，是肿瘤免疫治疗的重要靶点。
