本研究中,研究人员成功地将BMP-2固定在掺入氧化石墨烯的PLGA/HA(GO-PLGA / HA)可生物降解微载体上。研究结果表明,氧化石墨烯(GO)在120分钟内可简单且高效促进肽在PLGA/HA微载体上的固定。为了行进一步的体外测试,研究人员将MC3T3-E1细胞在不同的微载体上培养以观察各种细胞的活性。结果显示,GO和HA可明显增强细胞的粘附和增殖。更重要的是,BMP-2在GO-PLGA/HA微载体上的固定化使得体外细胞成骨分化明显更高,碱性磷酸酶活性试验、定量实时聚合酶链反应分析、免疫荧光染色和基质矿化检测证实了这一点。

总之,本研究的结果表明,使用GO-PLGA/HA微载体固定BMP-2的方法对于增强骨植体的骨整合具有很大的潜力。
