结果显示，与钛相比，氧化锆上三种生物膜厚度明显降低（ZrO2-M：8.41μm; ZrO2-ZLA：17.47μm; Ti-M：13.12μm; Ti-SLA：21.97μm）；然而，没有发现三种生物膜质量和代谢的差异。人菌斑分析显示ZrO2-M和ZrO2-ZLA的光密度值分别为0.06和0.08，Ti-M和Ti-SLA的光密度值分别为0.1和0.13；表明与钛相比，氧化锆上人体生物膜质量显著降低。此外，氧化锆显示人体斑块厚度在统计学上显著降低（ZrO2-M：9.04μm; ZrO2-ZLA：13.83μm; Ti-M：13.42μm; Ti-SLA：21.3μm），但与钛相比具有类似的人菌斑代谢。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，与钛植入物表面相比，在实验性厌氧流动室模型中孵育72小时后，氧化锆植入物表面人菌斑生物膜形成明显降低。
