Open Med： 吸烟对骨折愈合的影响

研究纳入因多发性骨折导致的创伤后假关节病患者。研究组和对照组进一步细分为：非吸烟者，戒烟后2年以上的非吸烟者和吸烟者。对男性和女性进行了独立测试。除了其他治疗方法外，研究组接受浓缩PRP（富含血小板的血浆）以帮助骨愈合过程，或者通过随访时的放射学评估确认延迟愈合的情况。

结果显示，戒烟后非吸烟者和非吸烟者> 2年的骨折愈合平均时间为8周，而在吸烟者中，愈合过程显著延长（男性和女性均为18周）。

综上所述，该研究结果表明，与吸烟者相比，非吸烟者的感染风险较小，骨骼炎症和延迟愈合的风险较高。
