　　系统评价的方法是由英国著名流行病学家Archie Cochrane首先提出的，早在20世纪70年代他就倡导，临床医师需使用已被证明有明显效果的医疗保健措施以应付卫生资源的短缺。而临床随机对照试验所获取的结果是可靠的证据，他建议应当将特定病种、同种疗法的所有随机对照试验结果合并成为说服力比单个试验更强的证据，并在新的临床试验结果出现时予以更新，保证证据更加真实可靠。 　　疾病
