根据商定的条款，Skyhawk将可能获得超过20亿美元的预付款，包括选择加入费和里程碑付款，以及商业化药品销售的特许权使用费。同时，Genentech将负责临床开发和商业化。

罗氏制药公司全球负责人James Sabry评论道："对于难以治疗的疾病，RNA剪接的调控代表了一种新方法。"

与此同时，Skyhawk还与一些专注于其SkySTAR技术平台的制药商建立了合作伙伴关系，最近与Takeda和Merck＆Co达成协议。本月早些时候，Skyhawk还修改了与Biogen的持续合作，包括基于SkySTAR平台开发神经系统治疗药物。
