　　2010年11月16-21日，第43届美国肾脏病学会（ASN）年会在世界闻名的滑雪胜地之一、美国的科罗拉多州丹佛举行。远望的雪山、冰点的寒冷丝毫不能掩盖来自全球各地的1万多名肾脏病医师与学者对新知的渴望与互相交流的热情。 　　如同去年一样，今年ASN年会在最新研究发布（Late-Breaking Clinical Trials）专场共公布了6项最新临床试验结果，而这些研究之所以可入选是因为

　　2010年11月16-21日，第43届美国肾脏病学会（ASN）年会在世界闻名的滑雪胜地之一、美国的科罗拉多州丹佛举行。远望的雪山、冰点的寒冷丝毫不能掩盖来自全球各地的1万多名肾脏病医师与学者对新知的渴望与互相交流的热情。 　　如同去年一样，今年ASN年会在最新研究发布（Late-Breaking Clinical Trials）专场共公布了6项最新临床试验结果，而这些研究之所以可入选是因为它们可能对未来肾脏病领域的治疗造成深远影响。在这6项研究中，既有令全场掌声响起的SHARP研究，亦有结果虽在意料之中、但仍令人失望的局灶节段性肾小球硬化（FSGS）儿童及青年治疗研究。其实，成功虽是一种辉煌，失败何尝不是另一种成功，因为它激起了更多探索的欲望。 每日血液透析可保护患者心脏 　　美国学者Levin等进行了一项随机临床研究（FHN研究），以确定在维持性血透患者中，进行高频血透（每天）是否可改变此类患者的左室质量（LVM）和自我报告的躯体健康情况等间接转归。 　　入组患者被随机分为每周6或3次透析组，共12个月。一级复合转归包括死亡或心脏磁共振成像（MRI）所示LVM改变（死亡/L
