腹白线疝又被称为腹上疝,一般是在白线的位置出现膨出性的包块,往往是发生在腹壁的中线,是属于腹外疝。

老规矩，先看病史。35岁女性患者，腹痛伴恶心、呕吐就诊。

CT可见部分横结肠经腹部白线缺损处向外疝出。（本病例来源radiopaedia）

医影总结

腹白线疝是发生于腹壁中线(即白线)的腹外疝，绝大多数发生于脐与剑突之间。

腹部白线是由两侧腹直肌前、后鞘合并后融合而成的，融合处两侧鞘纤维交错成网状，较大的网眼即成白线上的薄弱点而容易导致疝的发生。

CT图像可见经腹白线缺损，疝出至腹壁下的腹腔内脂肪（黄箭），这种腹白线疝一般情况不易察觉。

病例2 多发的腹白线疝

腹白线疝通常较小，肥胖的患者很难发现。其常见症状是后仰时牵拉正中线会有疼痛感。这种疝的修补通常只需简单的缝合。你学会了吗？
