Dent Mater J:聚甲基异丁烯酸酯复合体作为义齿基托树脂的弯曲强度研究

这篇研究的目的是通过PMMA分别与10, 20, 30和40% (v/v)的甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)或甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(IBMA)相共聚,以此改善聚甲基异丁烯酸酯(PMMA)的弯曲强度和弯曲模量。

这篇研究的目的是通过PMMA分别与10, 20, 30和40% (v/v)的甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)或甲基丙烯酸异丁酯(IBMA)相共聚,以此改善聚甲基异丁烯酸酯(PMMA)的弯曲强度和弯曲模量。研究对所测试的样本施以热固化。采用3点弯曲试验检测弯曲强度。通过1H-NMR和FTIR确定共聚树脂的化学特性和共聚机制。采用applying two-way variance检验对弯曲强度数据进行统计学评估。结果显示,PMMA的弯曲强度通过与甲基丙烯酸乙酯, BMA和IBMA共聚得以加强。BMA和IBMA共聚体的弯曲强度明显高于对照组。最大弯曲强度和模量来自于40%浓度的IBMA。所有共聚物组的弯曲强度和模量值均显著大于对照组。而BMA和甲基丙烯酸乙酯组的弯曲模量与对照组相似。原始出处:Hayran Y, Keskin Y.
