西安交大一附院介入手术难度再创新高

2014年2月19 日西安交通大学第一附属医院成功为一名前置胎盘产妇进行剖腹产手术，产妇顺利产下一2840克女婴，母女平安。 该产妇20余岁，初产。术前被诊断为凶险性前置胎盘，瘢痕子宫，情况危急。考虑到术中有大出血休克的风险，为确保母子平安，该院妇产科、干5病区、麻醉科、和介入手术室多学科联合协作，制定了术中进行子宫动脉栓塞止血的手术方案，在多科室的共同努力下，最终产妇顺利生产。据该院干5病区主

该产妇20余岁，初产。术前被诊断为凶险性前置胎盘，瘢痕子宫，情况危急。考虑到术中有大出血休克的风险，为确保母子平安，该院妇产科、干5病区、麻醉科、和介入手术室多学科联合协作，制定了术中进行子宫动脉栓塞止血的手术方案，在多科室的共同努力下，最终产妇顺利生产。据该院干5病区主任刘亚民教授介绍，以往此类患者剖腹产手术出血量在5000cc至6000cc，而此次手术该患者术中出血仅为12cc，出血量极低，大大降低手术风险，同时保住患者的子宫。
